i know how u feel, me and my ex broke up like 1.5 months ago, their is no easy way though this, cry it out (it really helps), hide everything that reminds you of her away somewhere, try and keep busy so u arent thinking of her, go out with your friends and have alot fun. and delete things off your i tunes aka love songs. Hope this helps you out
