How do you deal with a break up that was there for 3 yrs?

I'm so depressed . I feel like my life is over what do I do. The man I thought I was going to end up with in the future is gone and I don't know what to do. That was my bestfriend my one and only. I thought I knew him but it turned out he was a bunch of lies!!! I hate him. He breaks up with me christmas and then drops off a letter saying he wants me back I don't get it why is he an asshole. We fought alot!!!!!! I'm just really pissed!!!!!How do you deal with a break up that was there for 3 yrs?
Firstly dont what ever you do go back to him, if he originally started this crap and dumped you first and now he thinks he can change his mind as he sees fit. Let him you dont do **** like that and send him on his way. This really is not going to be the end one way or the other you will at some stage find someone else and who will make you smile and be happy again

Jus move out of the city, go out for a break for few days, *** back carry on wid ur professional life, believe me if u re goin thru heartbreak, ur work is ur greatest healer, m tellin from my own experience
go to bed hunny and think about it for a few days if he loves u and wants u back he will wait.
Something like this needs calm reflection. Don't rush in to any emotional place. Take some time to assess how you feel and stay calm.
i think you should both cool off for a couple of days , then talk and let knew year see a new start for the 2 of you or a new beginning for yourself.
well im going through the same thing.only mine is after 18yrs of marriage.There is someone out there for you.Im still depressed.Mine happened in october.He chose drugs over me.And was abusive.I hate my ex to be too.But that will pass and you will find you are better off.Its hard around this time of year.Ever need a person to tell your troubles too.write me.We can get pissed together.And it is good to talk to someone. I know Im still depressed.Hang in there.
give it time and a clear head to think over things . dont hurry anything . u need a proper chat but it shouldnt be hold right now . decide when u r ready for it . and dont forget to let all ur feelings out , the good and the bad ones .
