My girlfriend and I have been dating for about 3 and a half years now. I love her to death and I don't want to break up, but she's so different now. She's very distant. I think she's going to break up with me. so when we do break up how can I cope? Any tips?How can I deal with the heartache that follows a break up?
There is not that much you can do is she is unwilling to work it out. The best way to cope i have found is to go out and spend time with family and friends. Well, don't wait for her to break up with you. Speak up, talk to her..if you think things won't change or won't be the same maybe the relationship is time to be over. I don't mean to sound cold..but believe me, been there done that. You'll just have to grieve, and then get over it..hang out with friends, etc.. don't turn to drugs by any means or an alcoholic lol, but in the past I was really depressed over breakups I had to be on anti-depressants, it was really bad..and now I'm happily married and look back and realize how stupid all that was and that I thought I wanted to end my life over someone like that!

Talk to her, she ir probably upset at something you did and that is why she has been acting that way. Do something to satisfy her. Maybe you should---give her more attention. If you really do love her as you say don't give up on her.
