just seeing the different ways people deal with break ups.
i know i don't do much at all except for sleep, then stay up and think, listen to music %26amp; eat for a few days, and sometimes possibly write if im feeling it, ha ha.How do you deal with a break up?
Start drinking alot and maybe do drugs. How do you deal with a break up?
Every body deals with break ups differently you should try going out and getting distracted.. you'll soon be over it unless they are your true love.. i don't think anyone gets over those.
i get depressed.. but i play with my hamster(:
what i do is well i go back to thinking about her or him then meet someone new
try sticking you butt in the freezer for 15 minutes
im tellin ya
What I do is just remind myself that I don't need boys to make me happy. I also surround myself with tons of friends and just do fun girl stuff like shopping or going out and getting a sweet treat like ice cream or candy. I may also listen to my favorite songs like Face Down by the Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, or I don't Love You by My Chemical Romance. Hope this helps!
hang out with your friends and say bad things about your Ex ! Whenever you think about it you will laugh and it will take your mind off of the bad things
Try changing your hair style it makes you feel so much better, I personally go for the cut colour and style makes me feel that little bit better.
Do something drastic make a change.
Hope this helps Rach.
I usually build a bridge and get over it. As long as you don't break up with you ';True Love'; then you can just move on. There's plenty more ahead.
I just go with everything in normal day life
start talking to some one else
or just flirt with different people...
listen to crazy music (not sad)
i just do the things i would usually do if i wasnt in a relationship, like spend more time with my family or something. i just keep myself busy and with time, i realize that im over it all.
I fap. simple. /b/
3 things: a good movie, a friend, and a gallon of ice cream (;
Haha i really don't know, I've never been through one! But good luck!
My first breakup was painful. I was a naive freshman and she dumped me. She was a terrible match anyway but she was hot enough that I spent months thinking about her afterwards lol.
My second breakup was REALLY messy. Due to a number of circumstances, I ended up being unable to talk to my her for the entirety of last summer. I did all my crying, had all my insomnia, etc...during the summer cause subconsciously I knew we were pretty much over. As time went on, I kept finding out more and more ridiculous crap she was pulling and things she was lying about, so by the time I actually dumped her *** I had already moved on completely. So the only thing I had to ';deal with'; was trying to avoid her and her army of angry friends for the next month or so. I've been pretty much left alone recently, but even now, 5 and a half months later, it's still really awkward if we run into each other.
As for my current girlfriend, obviously i try to convince myself in the moment that it's going to last forever. But if that breakup ever does happen, I know it'll be the toughest one yet. She means the world to me, and I've never been closer to someone in my life. I'm a pretty stoic person, and when things get rough for me Ive always tended to put on an act of strength and independence, so chances are I would be very diplomatic and calm about it despite the fact that I'd feel like ****. And now I'm going to stop talking about this cause I feel like crying even merely discussing the hypothetical of what might happen if we ever break up.;
I generally do my normal routine but 10x more intense. Like I study more, work out harder, etc.
i flirt with guys at the mall or movies, ect.
hang out with friends are try to stay really busy
Cry
Write music
Focus on a specific hobby thing
try to find a person a freind to get attention of the one you are now not with
I had my 1st girlfriend and she was adopted and we dated for 3 and a half months and then she moved and I was extremely sad for about a year. It's a little hard to go through.
i personally just take the break up dont beg and just walk awa turnig over my shoulder to tell him talk to you tomorrow. after that i will just try to stay with friends and take off their friendship which makes me feel better. when im alone i listen t music and just think that im young and there will be more people ahead and that i shouldnt greive over one loss.
try thinking of the good things about it
well i listen to music about heartbreaks or music dat will make u feel good, and i songwritea about how i feel , songwriting can soemtimes be good therapy...
definately write little pieces of writing, even write a song expressing yourself. it helps
just think of how much easier your life is not having to cater to a bf/gf!
Stop crying and get over it.
Life's not fair and not everyone in the world is meant to live a happy life.
Depends on the person you ended the relation ship with. When me %26amp; my ex broke up I did not answer his calls, and i ignored his text messages. Simply because I wanted to move on. I'm not saying it didn't hurt me, because i felt alone and sad etc. But whatever, im just a though person, and i can deal. When someone breaks up, its means they want to END it, not apologize the next day. I mean comon why stay with someone that you dumped or just dumped you?
jus try ur best 2 keep ur self busy...me personally i watch a gazillion funny videos and movies so i can jus laff all the pain away lol...but time heals all wounds ull get over it u jus gotta go thru all the motions...its part of life
you could be suicidal like Bella...
