How do you deal with a break up?

I'm 13 years old and i feel sad about what happen today. We had a Halloween Assembly and after that he broke up with me and I feel so bad now!

Right now , i don't feel like going to trick or treat because of this.

It's so hard to forget about him and people say he is ugly and I have bad taste.I had to stand up for him and say that he is not!

How do you deal with a break up?
See you really need to go Trick or Treating to get your mind off of things. Thirteen is young and you will meet plenty of other boys. And when you find the next one, you'll wonder what you ever saw in the first one. Good luck! How do you deal with a break up?
Okay. Here's something I do when I need to deal with a break up.

1. Think of all the bad things he's done, and how he didn't respect you sometimes.

2. Let all your pain out. Don't hold it in, or you'll explode in a random place at a random moment. Cry when you need to.

3. Talk to someone. They might understand how you feel. It's not the best if you just keep your feelings all bottled up.

4. Keep fun memories, throw away the painful ones. Remember all the times you guys had fun together, and forget about the evil past.

Let your feelings go. If you can't, it's fine. Just know that he has moved on. Good luck (:
You should not feel bad at all TRUST ME!

and i used to date a boy who people said the same thing and i always stuck up for him.

All i did was keep my head up high and go along with it like nothing is wrong even though something is.

You are only 13 there will be many more boys in your life trust me.

and I think you should go out for Halloween because it will take your mind off it all, have a fun night, don't let it bring You down!
Sweet heart you have got to learn to get over him, I know its hard, I was once your age, the world has not ended, so stop feeling sorry for your self , perhaps he wasn't the one for you, there are plenty more fish out there, all you have to do is seek him out, I,m pretty sure he is seeking you out, It took me until I was in my mid thirtys before I found my wife so seek even if it takes you a long time and remember life has not ended for you, I hope this helps you out
you should not feel bad about this its not your fault he obviously lost something wonderful go out and have a good time tricker tweating because he he didnt want you then hes really not worth be sad over
Hahahahaha that sucks, dude.

Eating lots of candy helps.
Well, when I went through my two nasty breakups, I spent alot of time around my horse. Not riding her, but I gave her a bath, groomed her until there was not a speck of dirt on her coat, hand picked her mane and tail, and showered her with affection. It's the bond between me and the horses that kept me going last October and this past January. :)

However, YOU, missy need to go out and go trick or treating with your friends! This is a silly boy who probably wouldn't know a good thing if it smacked him in the face with a buttered halibut and said ';I'm a good thing';! You need to spend lots of time with your friends, it's okay to vent to them- they will listen.

Don't get down about it, you've got your whole life to find someone. I promise you, a month from now, he won't even cross your mind. :) You're still young, far to young to be in a relationship anyway.

Also, I'm assuming that this is your first break? You will learn to tolerate it. Really! Boys will come and go, and every time they do, your heart is better able to cope with it. It hurts now, but it won't hurt later. Don't dwell on what could/should/would have been... because it's not. Like I said, you will learn how to deal and it gets easier.
