there is nothing you can do to get over it besides keeping yourself busy and letting time do the healing. dont talk to him, dont try to beg him to give it another try. just hold your head up, keep busy and give it time. you'll be fine.
Time heals, trust me. I've been through a lot of pain, and I honestly thought that I wouldn't make it. It took a really long time, but I'm fine now. When I look back, it doesn't even hurt me. You're gonna be okay (:
